Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order confirmation email is sent.
Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.
A shipping confirmation email will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $59 to the United States and most European countries.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery windows are provided for reference and may vary based on destination, local postal operations, and seasonal carrier volumes.

Please note that unexpected carrier delays or customs processing may affect delivery times, especially during peak holiday periods.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+8) on business days are processed and shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT+8) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may require 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.
Cancellations
Order cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been dispatched.
If the order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All customs duties, taxes, and import-related fees for international shipments are covered by LOLCrochet.
Customers will not be required to pay additional charges upon delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
LOLCrochet is not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost in transit.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and product so we can assist in evaluating the issue.
For lost packages, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
Separate Shipments
To ensure faster fulfillment, items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages depending on warehouse availability.
If your order is split, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
